Individual Therapy
We provide both short- and long-term support, focusing on tailoring our services to meet the unique needs of children, teens and adults.

Adults: Empowering individuals with healthy strategies to manage daily stressors, anxiety, and depression.

Family Relationships: Helping to find balance, acceptance, and unity within your family.
We provide parents and caregivers with expert guidance in effective communication, parenting strategies, and navigating family dynamics, including grandparent involvement. Our support includes strategies to improve sleep hygiene, manage screen time, and address challenging behaviors—delivering quick, lasting results!
Parent Sessions




Parents/Family:
Communication with partners that may not have the same parenting styles.
Behavioral Changes: Tailored support for children’s unique needs at home and in the community, including guidance on managing and accepting their behavior in public settings.
Sleep Hygiene: Helping establish bedtime routines, screen limits, independent sleeping, and positive reinforcement.

Sibling Conflict: Helping children navigate disagreements, build healthy communication, and strengthen sibling relationships through guidance and understanding.

Meals: Supporting food exposures, fostering positive snacking habits, and encouraging healthy sitting expectations during meals.

Navigating Screens in Children and Teens: Help your child/teen find balance with setting limits around screen time and gaming.
